I want to get back into great shape like I was in my 20’s, when I was traveling the world as an extreme athlete and getting paid working as a sports & lifestyle model – but can I actually do it eating just plants and insects?

Josh Galt here – and I’m about to embark with a full head of steam on my 90 day entovegan challenge.

I’ve been eating as entovegan for 5 months now, although sometimes, like in Mexico, it ends up being more entotarian.

But I’m back in Cambodia now for the next few months, and I really want to push the limits of this thing and see if it’s really a valid diet-slash-lifestyle for an athlete.

I know I have felt a lot better this year not eating any meat, chicken, fish, and for the most part, dairy. But it’s one thing to maintain, it’s a very different thing to get those gains.

And that’s my goal – burn fat, build muscle, and get in the best shape of my life. Which, frankly, considering I’m not 25 anymore, will probably be a challenge. But why not?

Vegetables, fruits, grains, and edible insects, the future of food!
