The first “Entovegan on the Street” video, I’m in Portland, Oregon, USA asking vegans and vegetarians the basic questions:
- Would you eat insects?
- Would you eat insects in powder form?
- Why or why not?
Portland is home to many delicious plant-based vegan and vegetarian cafes, restaurants, and markets, so it was a great place to have this conversation. I really enjoyed the discussions and hearing so many different viewpoints, thanks to everyone who was willing to stop and chat with a stranger!
Please forgive the audio, it will be better in the future, I promise. <facepalm> I know I’ll probably get raked over the coals for that alone, but I think it’s worth sharing this video anyway. If you’re truly interested in the conversation, I hope you’ll give it a watch.
