Interview with Bug Burger about Entomophagy

If you’ve been around the entomophagy / edible insects world for a while, you’ve very likely heard of BugBurger.se, a Swedish website focused on all things related to eating insects.

I had the great opportunity to chat with Anders Engström, the site’s founder and author, about my journey from being disgusted by the thought of eating bugs all the way to now eating insects every day as part of my entovegan diet.

Due to my mistake (I’ll blame it on a long-lasting blonde moment haha) I missed a final follow up question in my email and left him hanging for like a month, so I really appreciate his patience and willingness to still publish the story when I finally got back to him!
