Well, adding insects such as silkworms to your salads gives you a healthy amount of calcium, iron, zinc, omegas, and protein!
That’s what I did today at one of my favorite local vegan places in Phnom Penh, Vibe Cafe.
I ordered the “Ritual Bowl” which is amazing on its own, but sprinkled a bunch of toasted silkworms on top to ensure my mineral and omega intake was maximized!
