Are marketing companies taking advantage of the novelty of edible insects in the west good or bad for the industry?

While those whose sole aim is to save the world criticize the “moneyhungry” marketers, I have a different view: they’re doing the difficult, expensive, and often risky (for investor dollars) work to take it mainstream, which must happen before it can truly be a source of nutrition and food security!
